Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PF CustomerService Platform (“Platform”), operated by Primeflow. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The PF CustomerService Platform provides WhatsApp Business API integration services, enabling businesses to automate customer communications, manage conversations, and connect their WhatsApp Business accounts with CRM and AI-powered response systems.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must be a registered business entity with a valid WhatsApp Business account. You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, ensuring your use of the Platform complies with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and Commerce Policy, and the accuracy of information provided during onboarding.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of others, distribute malicious content or malware, or engage in any activity that violates Meta’s platform policies.

5. WhatsApp Business API Usage

Use of WhatsApp Business API through our Platform is subject to Meta’s conversation-based pricing. Messages sent from the WhatsApp Business App remain free. Messages sent via the Cloud API are charged according to Meta’s pricing model. You are responsible for all API usage costs associated with your account.

6. Data Processing

By using our Platform, you authorize us to process messages and customer data on your behalf as necessary to provide the service. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for your customer data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Primeflow. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primeflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or Meta’s policies. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt.
